• Dutch Games is quickly approaching our 1000th Sjoelbak Sale. To celebrate this event we will enter every buyer of a new Sjoelbak from now until December 12th in a drawing for a free Sjoelbak. • The 1st NW Open Sjoelen Tournament was held on February 13th,  2011 in King City, OR. The turn out was amazing we had over 60 people come & compete. The food was great (thanks to Joke, Ingrid & all who brought snacks) and the "gezelligheid" was even better. The competition was fierce and  we had 3 winners in the end: First Place went to Helene Meskers with a score of 314 (3 games), 2nd place went to Beau Martin with a score of 294 & 3rd Place went to Martijn with a score of 284. We would like to thank Oregon Flowers for providing all the tulips & the Dutch Store for providing most of the prizes.   The last quarter of 2010 was an amazing period of Sjoelbak growth in the US. We are hopeful this trend will continue in 2011. Dutch Games would like to thank all our customers for your business.   Dutch Games was at America's Largest Christmas Bazaar in Portland, OR. held at the Expo Center from November 26, 27 & 28 and the next weekend December 3,4 &5. We want to thank those who visited our booth and tried out the game; we demonstrated both the straight (original) and the foldable Sjoelbak. • Wow, we had a great time at the Oktoberfest celebration in Mt Angel this past weekend. This was our second year in a row at the Old Gym & we met some old friends & fans from last year. • Last  month we had our first Sjoelen Tournament in Portland, OR. It was organized by the Portland Dutch Culture and Language Group We had a great time and congratulations to the winner Martin Meskers of Aurora, OR who had a score of 304 for 3 games total. 23 Apr 2009 at 12:58 pm

• We had a booth at the Northwest Family & kids festival at the Washington County Fairgrounds February 7 & 8. A chance to sjoel again and to introduce people to the game. 11 Jan 2009 at 10:10 am                    

• Dutch Games had a booth at America's largest Christmas Bazaar held annually at the Portland Expo Center since 1982. We had a wonderful time inroducing the game of Sjoelen to many visitors who saw the game for the first time. Updated 11 Dec 10, 2008 at 10:00 am.
